‹Whoever We Find First Is Our Adversary› on the Scales of Justice in Sharia & Law

This research aims to clarify the Sharia ruling on acting according to the rule (Al-Tarf Gharim) ‘Whoever we find first is our Adversary’ as named by the researcher. The researcher uses the inductive and analytical method to reach what the research aims at. The researcher refers to the Qur’anic texts, Prophetic hadiths, commands and prohibitions, concerning this rule and belief, with an explanation of jurisprudential applications and answering the questions. In addition to mentioning some law articles in this regard. In conclusion, the most important results and recommendations are mentioned.
